How Long and How Frequent are Sessions?
Sessions are typically 50 minutes in length. The frequency depends on your current needs. I am also able to do 80 or 100 minute sessions upon request.
How Long Will I be in Counseling?
Counseling length is determined by both the nature of the problem as well as the goals for counseling. For some it is an ongoing journey of exploration, whereas others elect to work on a specific problem with a select number of sessions.
How Much Does Counseling Cost? Do You Take Insurance?
My fees are $150 per 50 minute session payable at the time of service. I do not currently take insurance, but can provide you with a receipt for services to submit to your insurance provider for full or partial reimbursement.
